Chapter 4

Addie stepped out of the school cautiously the following Monday afternoon. She fell back in the crowd and looked around, surveying the multitude of cars lined up in front of the school. Her car was still in the shop, and her mom was still serving as her chauffeur. However, Addie was a bit nervous that a certain brown-eyed guy would be waiting for her outside instead of her mother.

It wasn’t that she didn’t want to see Zac. In fact just seeing him was enough to get her excited, but it was the implications he had made the last time they were together. She knew she owed him. And this time she didn’t think it was an IOU that he was going to let her off the hook for.

Things were still strange. She hadn’t been able to sort any of it out. This new attraction was so unexpected, and the fact that he seemed to be equally attracted to her only added to the weirdness of the situation. Her mom had commented over the weekend on how happy she was to see her and Zac getting along so well. “If only she knew how well,” Addie had muttered under her breath.

School had been just as odd. All of the girls from the courtyard had practically cornered her and begged her to fill them in on the details about her “boyfriend.” At first Addie thought this whole pretending that Zac was her boyfriend would be alright. Now it was just out of control. It was nice to get so much attention from her classmates since she had been little more than a social outcast from day one, but when she was Zac, it seemed like all pretending flew out the window.

Whether he was her boyfriend or not, the things they were doing were very real, as were her feelings for him. She just wasn’t sure how he felt in return. She and Zac had barely been able to have a whole conversation without all hell breaking lose, so asking him how felt was certainly out of the question, but Addie was sure that she couldn’t keep up the charade for much longer. It was becoming far too real.

Addie felt a rush of relief when she saw her mom’s car pull up, and she made her way through the throng of people and jumped inside. “How was school?” Beverly Graham asked.

Addie shrugged. “It was alright.”

“That’s good,” Beverly nodded absently. “I have to go by the Hansons house for a while. I have to help Diana bake some cookies and pies for the church bake sale,” she commented.

“We’re going to the Hansons?” Addie asked as a knot began to form in her stomach.

“Just for a while,” Beverly replied.

Addie groaned inwardly and looked out the window and was silent the rest of the drive to the Hanson household.

Once they arrived, Addie grudgingly followed her mother up to the front door and inside the house. She could hear a television playing cartoons and assumed the youngest Hansons occupied the living room. She looked around for any sign of Zac as she followed her mother into the kitchen, where they found Diana already hard at work making the cookies.

After the greetings were exchanged, Addie sat down at the breakfast nook and took out her books and started working on her homework. Her mom commented on the matter, saying she was surprised she didn’t want to go hang out with the rest of the kids, but Addie claimed to have a lot of homework to do and tried to ignore the two chattering mothers as she attempted to work on her homework. However, any time she heard footsteps, she had to sneak a peak, fearing that it would be Zac who entered the room.

However, after about thirty minutes of worrying, she decided that if Zac was going to come into the room, then he would have already done it. She wasn’t even sure if he was there. She had spotted his car parked outside, but it was quite possible that he was out with one or both of his older brothers. So finally she decided to quit worrying and just focus on her homework.

Then just as she was finishing up her math homework, she heard footsteps coming down the hallway. She guessed that it was probably Mackenzie coming back to steal a few more freshly made cookies, but her heart stopped when she looked up. It wasn’t Mackenzie. It was Zac.

He sauntered over to the island where his and Addie’s mother had placed the already baked cookies to cool and grabbed one as Diana swatted him away and he just smiled. “Hey, I know for a fact the others have been eating cookies,” he pouted.

“You can just have one,” Diana said sternly. “And give one to Addie. She hasn’t had any yet.”

“Thanks, Diana,” Addie said, her voice cracking slightly as she watched Zac walk over to her. She coughed to clear her throat and he held out his hand and gave her a freshly baked sugar cookie. Addie blushed and took the cookie. “Thanks,” she said quietly as Zac dropped down in the seat across from her.

Addie bit into her cookie before she turned her attention to her literature homework. She started to read the assigned story, but she could feel Zac’s eyes on her. She tried to ignore him, but she glanced up at him once and he had a slight grin on his face.

“What are you grinning about?” she asked quietly.

Zac shrugged, glancing over at their mothers before turning back to Addie. “I was going to go to the mall,” he commented. “Want to come?”

“Oh, I – I can’t,” Addie said. “I have homework.”

Zac’s eyes flickered back over to their mothers, who were busy putting together pies and making more cookie dough. “Your homework can wait,” Zac said firmly.

Addie stared at him for a moment before finally nodding. She knew there was no way she was getting out if it, so she decided it was best to just go along with it. She quickly packed up her books and she and Zac stood.

After Zac explained to their moms where they were going, Zac grabbed his car keys and they headed out to his car.

Zac started the car and headed toward the mall. However, instead of taking the exit he was supposed to, Zac turned off onto a country road. “I thought we were going to the mall,” Addie commented, breaking the silence.

“We will,” Zac grinned. “We’re just taking a little detour.”

“Zac,” Addie rolled her eyes. “I really do have a lot of homework.”

“Well, then I guess you better pay me back from the last time so we can get going,” Zac commented with a smirk as he turned off onto another road that was little more than a thin layer of rocks spread over some grass. Finally he came upon a wooded area and pulled off the road and turned off the car.

He looked at Addie expectantly and she stared back at him, unsure of what to do. Zac finally reached over and unbuckled her seatbelt before pulling her toward him. He captured her lips with his and slid his hand up the front of her shirt, kneading her breasts a little rougher than usual.

He kissed along her jaw and nipped at her ear as he started to pull her shirt up, but Addie pushed him away and pulled her shirt back down.

“What’s wrong?” Zac asked.

“I was going to ask you the same thing,” she replied. “Who do you think you are? Taking me out to the middle of nowhere and trying to undress me?”

“I thought you wanted to,” Zac replied. “You were all over me last time.”

“This isn’t last time!” Addie exclaimed.

Zac sighed and rolled his eyes. “I really don’t get you, Addie,” he commented as he turned and looked out the window.

She frowned as she watched him. She blinked back tears. It was all so confusing. She wanted Zac to touch her. She really did, but her confusion seemed to be stepping in the way. And Zac’s behavior wasn’t helping matters either. He had been fairly decent to her in the past few weeks, but today he seemed more … rushed and aggressive, and she didn’t like it at all.

She knew she was giving him mixed signals. He was right. Last time she had been caught up in the moment and was willing to do practically anything he asked. Last time had been a bit reckless. She didn’t want to be thrown into that all over again, but she didn’t want Zac to be mad at her either. She knew he wouldn’t make her do anything she didn’t want to, but first she knew she had to figure out what her limits were.

She sighed softly after a moment and crawled over to Zac and touched his shoulder. He turned and looked at her expectantly.

“I’m sorry,” she said quietly.

“No, I’m sorry,” Zac replied. “Listen, let’s just go to the mall.”

“No, wait,” Addie said, stopping his hand from reaching over to start the car. “Let’s stay here for a little while,” she said. “Let’s just go … slower, okay?”

“Okay,” Zac agreed and Addie smiled softly as she leaned in and captured his lips this time. He brought his hands down to her hips and he helped her move so that she was straddling his legs. He brought his hands to the small of her back as their tongues met, and she held onto his shoulders as they explored each other’s mouth. She thought she’d never tire of the way he tasted. Kissing him was like heaven. It was something she had grown quite fond of. Even though she had enjoyed everything else she and Zac had done with each other, kissing was the biggest turn on for her.

Once they were finally forced to come up for air, Addie looked into Zac’s eyes as she tried to catch her breath. He combed his fingers through her hair and kissed the corner of her mouth before he kissed along her neck down to her collarbone. Addie’s eyes fell shut and she briefly noted that she was supposed to be the one paying him back, but as Zac slid his hand up the front of her shirt and cupped the underside of her breasts, all rational thought fell to the side.

Addie pulled her shirt over her head quickly and Zac glanced at her briefly before he slid the straps off of her shoulders and took one hardened tip into her mouth. She moaned softly and slid her hand down the back of his shirt, across his soft skin.

Her hips rocked lightly against his and he groaned against her breast. Addie pulled away from him reluctantly and pulled Zac’s shirt up over his head. She licked one hardened nipple and he moaned as she reached for his belt buckle and began to unfasten it. She sat up as she then unzipped his jeans, relieving his erection, which was pressed against the zipper of his pants.

She kissed him again lightly before she crawled off of his lap. She took a deep breath as she reached for the elastic waistband of his boxers and they both seemed to hold their breath as she slipped his boxers down, revealing his hard and swollen cock. The tip was red and a little bit of precum had already started to pool there.

Addie licked her lips and stroked his cock like he had showed her once before. She still felt a little unsure of herself, but as Zac’s head fell back against the seat and he rubbed from her shoulder to her breast with one hand, her confidence seemed to grow. She bent down and darted her tongue out across the tip of his cock, and his hips left the seat and a string of curses flew from his mouth as he squeezed her breast.

Addie glanced up at him and saw that his eyes were sealed shut and his head was thrown back. She took a deep breath before she plunged her lips down around his cock, enveloping him with the warmth of her mouth.

“Holy shit, Add,” he moaned as his fingers tangled into her hair. He lightly guided her mouth up and down his length, while he whispered words of encouragement. It took all his willpower not to buck his hips up and start fucking her in the mouth. He knew she had never done anything like that before, but, apparently, she was a natural because he getting the best blowjob of his life. He just didn’t want to put her off somehow and make her stop.

She sucked lightly on his dick as she took him deeper into her mouth while massaging his balls. That alone was almost enough to cause him to lose it, but coupled with the light scraping of her teeth and licks of her tongue was almost too much.

He felt a tension growing in the pit of his stomach, and he groaned softly before he told her that he was going to cum, but instead of backing off as he had expected, she continued to take his length into her mouth and swirled her tongue around the tip, which was all it took to bring him over the edge. He spilled his seed into her hot mouth and she swallowed as much as she could but some dripped down her chin.

Addie sat up, feeling a little dazed as she wiped up the bit of cum that had slid down her chin and licked it off the tips of her fingers, feeling slightly shocked by her own actions, but he tasted much better than she had thought. A little salty, yet a little sweet. It was perfectly Zac.

“You’re fucking amazing. You know that?” Zac murmured breathlessly and he pulled her to him and captured her lips, tasting himself on her lips.

She moaned against his mouth and felt a burning in the pit of her belly that quickly rushed down to her nether regions. Zac pulled her back into his lap and palmed her breasts as he explored the crevices of her mouth. Slowly his hands moved from her breasts and down her flat stomach to the snap of her jeans. He popped it open with one hand and slid his hand inside, under her panties and through her fine hair before he reached her dripping sex.

She moaned as his cool fingers reached her scorching skin and arched her back and she pressed her mound against his hand. Just sucking him off had turned her on, and Addie was sure it wouldn’t take much to get her off. She was right. The second the pad of Zac’s fingers brushed against her clit, she cried out and came as her whole body shook with pleasure.

Addie fell into Zac’s chest and buried her head in the crook of his neck and tried to catch her breath before she moved, but her whole body felt like jelly. Zac absently rubbed the now cool, sweat soaked skin on her back as she caught her breath.

Finally Addie sat up and looked at Zac. Normally she felt incredibly embarrassed afterward, but when Zac smiled at her and kissed her lightly on the cheek, she felt her heart swell as it pounded lightly in her chest. While she couldn’t really name what they shared, she didn’t feel quite so shy or guilty about it.

She quickly righted her bra and grabbed her shirt off of the seat beside them and pulled it over her head before she grabbed Zac’s and handed it to him. She climbed off of his lap while he pulled his shirt back on and tucked himself back inside his boxers before he pulled his pants back up and zipped them. Addie refastened her own pants and watched Zac for a moment, uncertain of what to say.

While the guilt was gone, the awkwardness still remained. She had no idea how people could go back to normal after fooling around just as they had. Every time she looked at him, images of the things they had done with each other flashed through her mind, usually bringing a blush to her cheeks.

“So, do you still have time to go to the mall or do you want me to take you home?” Zac finally asked as he started the car.

“Oh … I …” Addie glanced at the clock and shrugged. “Homework can wait. Let’s go to the mall,” she smiled.

“Okay,” Zac nodded with a smile.
